Tefnut

the goddess of moisture. Her tears falling into the earth lead to the growth of plants. According to the Heliopolitan Ennead, Tefnut and Shu, who she will later marry, were sons of Atum. Tefnut and Shu then had a son Geb and Nut, the goddess of the sky. Tefnut helped Nut maintain the skies and each day they saluted the rose that rises from the east each day.
