Horus

Represented as a falcon, he is the son of gods Osiris and Isis and was thought to be magically conceived and raised to avenge the murder of his father by his brother. He is associated to the sun and related to both war and hunting. Horus’s eyes are attributed to both Toth and Re, one being attributed to the sun and the other related to the moon. Horus’s myth was used to explain the changes of the moon’s phases.
